October 16th - The Flintlock Range Association broke ground on the 360-acres of leased county land
2025

Site work and construction continue throughout spring and summer.
Work included clearing trees to create a driveway, parking lot, and area
for the pistol & rifle ranges. -
The Flintlock Range Association becomes a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

Continued outreach - Flintlock hosts swap meet event and membership party

Site work continues throughout the fall with more clearing of shooting lanes for the pistol & rifle range.

The students and shop class teachers at Cook County School help
build picnic tables and benches for the shooting range
2026
Planning for spring/summer construction
Work is expected to begin on the site in April or May
